Shipping Policy

At Miguel Williams, LLC, we are committed to delivering your physical products and wellness tools in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping options via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Miguel Williams, LLC ships physical products within the United States only.

4. Digital Products

Workshops, coaching services, courses, and other digital products are delivered via email or through a secure online platform. No physical shipment is required.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Miguel Williams, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for documentation when filing a claim.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
