Refund Policy

At Miguel Williams, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality holistic wellness, coaching, and educational services that support healing and transformation. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Digital Products and Downloadable Content

All purchases of digital products (including courses, workbooks, toolkits, and audio/video content) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access upon purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Workshops and Events

• Live Virtual Workshops: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.

• In-Person Events: Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event. After that, registration is non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

• No Shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Coaching and Consulting Services

• Single Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Coaching Packages: If you are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a partial refund (minus the cost of the first session and a 10% processing fee). After the first session, no refunds will be issued.

4. Subscription Services

Subscriptions (e.g., monthly wellness access, community memberships) can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial months.

5. Product Issues

If you experience technical issues with any digital content, please contact us at WeHeal@MiguelLWilliams.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Full name

• Date of purchase

• Service or product purchased

• Reason for your request
